Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Evolv-To is a digital agency. We provide web design, web development, hosting, multimedia, social media, and custom software platform services to clients.
Project estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All fees are payable per the schedule in the executed agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Description: When you opt in, we may send SMS text messages related to your inquiry, project, account, or support request, including project follow-ups, appointment reminders, status updates, billing notifications, and support replies.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and project stage. We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts as part of this program.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a confirmation and stop sending you messages unless you opt in again.
Privacy: SMS data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Our AI chatbot is an information tool, not professional advice. See our AI Usage Policy for what it does and does not do.
You agree not to use our site or services in any way that violates law, infringes intellectual property rights, attempts to disrupt or compromise our systems, or interferes with other users.
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, video, audio, and code, is owned by Evolv-To Consulting, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Work product delivered to a client is governed by the executed services agreement.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolv-To Consulting, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, services, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Evolv-To Consulting, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
