Your ads, cards, and listings each get their own tracked line, and every call is sorted by where it came from.
Numbers are bought in the admin by area code, one per channel, and every one of them forwards to the phone you already answer. Nothing has to be ported, and nothing printed with your old number stops working.
For calls that come in while you are busy, voicemail captures the message. Your greeting can be a chosen voice, your own recording, or an uploaded file, and any message can be turned into text on request.
If you would rather answer at a desk, the Desk Phone module rings a handset on the same tracked number. It sets itself up from a one time link tied to the phone, and calls it places show your business caller ID.
Call Tracking and Business Phone is already part of the Evolv-To base. Website, leads, CRM, phone and texting, hosting, email, security, backups, and the monthly marketing report. Setup is quoted once.
Pasco County covers 868 square miles. A business working across a county that size advertises in a lot of places, and one tracked number per place tells you which ones produce calls.
