Services

Evolv-To provides technology consulting, AI workshops, custom development, and related professional services. All services are provided as described at the time of purchase or engagement.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Evolv-To reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops with full refund if minimum attendance is not met.

Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, course content, and documentation are the property of Evolv-To Consulting LLC. Attendees receive a personal license to use materials for their own business purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

Liability

Evolv-To provides services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or implementation of recommendations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and any information submitted through contact forms or registration processes.

How we use it

Your information is used to provide services, communicate about workshops and events, process payments, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.

Workshops

Full refund available up to 7 days before the workshop date. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days before the event. No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event. Transfers to future workshops are available at no charge.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us for support.

Consulting

Consulting engagements follow the terms outlined in individual service agreements. Work completed is billed and non-refundable. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded at our discretion.
