Evolv-To Consulting, LLC does not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do use analytics providers (Google Analytics) that may constitute “sharing” under California law. - The type of request (know, delete, correct, opt out, limit use, portability).
- The email address associated with your data, so we can verify and locate your records.
- Any details that help us process the request.

Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
Verification
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We may ask you to confirm details we already have on file.
Response time
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension when reasonably necessary, as permitted by law.
