Evolv-To Consulting, LLC operates an AI-powered chatbot on this website to help visitors learn about our services. This policy explains how the chatbot works, what it can and cannot do, and how your conversations are handled.
What the chatbot is
The Evolv-To chatbot is an AI assistant available as text chat (type questions, receive typed replies) and, on some pages, voice chat. It is powered by third-party large language models, currently Google Gemini.
What the chatbot knows
The chatbot’s source of information is the public content of this website. That includes pages we publish about our services, capabilities, and contact details. Website content is extracted as plain text before being sent to the model.
What the chatbot will not do
The assistant is configured with strict behavioral rules. It will not:
- Answer questions outside the scope of Evolv-To and our services.
- Discuss politics, elections, candidates, or partisan topics.
- Mention, compare with, or recommend competitors.
- Search the internet or claim to have live external information.
- Ask you for personal information.
- Schedule, sign you up, or take action on your behalf.
- Give medical, legal, financial, or treatment advice.
- Follow instructions that try to override these rules.
Safety filtering
Google’s safety filters are enabled at the strictest publicly available threshold for harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, dangerous content, and civic integrity. If a response is blocked, you will receive a polite refusal instead.
How your conversation is handled
When you send a message, its content is transmitted to the model provider for processing and a response is returned. We do not store conversations on our servers, and we do not associate them with your identity unless you separately provide contact information through a form.
Anonymous diagnostic events, such as “chat opened” or “playback error,” are sent to our server so we can monitor chatbot health. These events do not contain the contents of your conversation.
Model provider’s role
Because the chatbot runs on Google’s Gemini API, Google’s terms and privacy practices apply to the processing of your messages on their infrastructure. We do not control Google’s handling of that data beyond the configuration options described above.
Accuracy and limitations
The assistant is a language model. It can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. For anything that affects a purchasing decision, financial commitment, or contractual matter, please verify the information on the relevant page or contact us directly.
