4. Orders, Estimates, and Payment
Project estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All fees are payable per the schedule in the executed agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
5. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Evolv-To Consulting SMS Notifications.
Description: When you opt in, we may send SMS text messages related to your inquiry, project, account, or support request, including project follow-ups, appointment reminders, status updates, billing notifications, and support replies.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and project stage. We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts as part of this program.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Support: Reply HELP to any text from us, email info@evolv-to.net, or call (727) 219-2874.
Opt-out: Cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a confirmation and stop sending you messages unless you opt in again.
Privacy: SMS data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes.

7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use our site or services in any way that violates law, infringes intellectual property rights, attempts to disrupt or compromise our systems, or interferes with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolv-To Consulting, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, services, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Evolv-To Consulting, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
