1) PROBLEM FIT
- Is there a specific workflow with measurable pain?
- Do you know current baseline time/cost/error metrics?
- Is there an owner accountable for outcomes?

2) DATA + CONTENT READINESS
- Do you have source content for assistant answers (FAQs, docs, policies)?
- Is critical data accessible through existing systems?
- Are privacy and retention requirements documented?

3) INTEGRATION READINESS
- Which systems need to connect (CRM, ticketing, commerce, LMS)?
- Are integration constraints known (APIs, auth, rate limits)?
- Is there a rollback path if integration fails?

4) OPERATIONS + GOVERNANCE
- Who approves assistant behavior and escalation rules?

7) DECISION GATE
